This cute 12m-3 years summery set includes a shirt that depicts a mermaid hugging a dolphin encouraging one to "Dream big, little mermaid". The banded waist of the shirt can be folded under for a shorter length or can be worn as is in a more baggy style. This shirt was made to fit most kids measuring 19-21" at the chest and 19.5-21.5" at the waist. A matching pair of drop-crotch shorts, with an elastic waistband and pockets(!) is included.
